Sent 36 Emails, Received No Reply

I have sent approximately 36 emails through your contact page(https://www.worldofdypians.com/contact-us) and to the WOD customer support email addresses (contact@worldofdypians.com and helpcenter@dypius.com) multiple times between January 12, 2026 and January 21, 2026.

However, I did not receive any response during that period.

Due to the lack of communication, I became seriously concerned that my requests were being ignored. As a result, I publicly shared my case on CoinMarketCap:https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/world-of-dypians

CEO of WOD, Mihai Nicusor is a scammer.

After my public post, the team finally replied with the following message:

“At this time, our team is conducting additional internal checks. We will contact you shortly with the next steps. These will most likely include KYC verification and additional security measures that must be completed in order to restore full access to the affected accounts. Please note that these actions are taken solely to protect user assets and maintain platform security.”

From my perspective, the handling of this case has been highly unprofessional, particularly the lack of timely communication despite my repeated attempts to contact support.

I am sharing this situation publicly for transparency and resolution.
